What kind of projects can be created with Design Services? Our print design services can create any print design: Business Cards, Brochures, Postcards, Door Hangers, Stationary, Posters, Labels/Stickers, Pocket Folders, Rack Cards, Flyers and Sales Sheets. If a design package is not available for the product you want, simply have our designers create exactly what you need or customize pre-made print designs or templates we have online.

We have Design Service that only takes 1-3 business days to design your job from scratch. This is in addition to the production turnaround time.

What we need to get the project started;

• Product specifications for your products. (Folding, Size, and Color, etc.)
• Images (the bigger the better)
• Text
• Logo
• Detailed Instructions

After we have received all of the above, please allow 1 - 3 business days for our designers to create your design and upload a print ready proof in PDF format to your account. You will be able to download this file to approve it.

If you would like to make adjustments to the file, please disapprove the proof in your Job Portal and leave us your revision instructions. You may also contact us by phone with instructions explaining your revision.

Do I have to pay for design services upfront, or can I be billed later? We do require payment upfront to begin design services. You may start a design order here, or call to place an order by phone:

What kind of files can you accept for my print project? For images, we accept: High resolution images in JPG, PNG, GIF, TIF, EPS, PSD, AI and Adobe PDF. For text documents, we accept: DOC, PPT, RTF, and TXT. For spreadsheets: XLS and CSV.

Can you write text copy for my project? We do not offer copy writing services.

Do you design custom trademarks or logos? At this time, we do not offer trademarks or logo design.

Do you have an image library (stock photos) that I can use for my project? No. You can go to shutterstock.com or an online photo library. You will have to purchase the images yourself and send it to us via email.

How many revisions are allowed per project? For our design package two (2) revision sessions are included, unless otherwise noted.

What is the turnaround time to complete a design? Depending on the product package, a design will be completed in one to three business days (1-3 days). Graphic printing will take additional time, depending on the turnaround time you choose for your order.

What if I need multiple versions of the same business card? If you need different versions of the same business card design, there will be an additional $15 charge per version.

Will I receive a proof once my design is complete? Yes. Once your design is complete, a Design Proof will be uploaded to your Uprinting.com account for your approval. After downloading and reviewing your Design Proof, you may approve the design for printing, or request additional revisions. If you have a new revision, the designer will upload a new Design Proof for your approval.

How do I order prints? Once you have approved your design proof, you will be asked to confirm your printing specifications and pay for your print order. You can get free samples of card and paper stocks we offer for offset and large format printing. Once paid, your job will automatically go into production.
